It’s Official: Baby’s First Podcast
I truly never imagined a podcast would be on my bingo card (mainly since I’ve always focused more on the written word) but here we are and I’m absolutely loving it.
Helaine and I have been longtime collaborators - working together on and through things even before we officially started writing (her book Making Waves) and working on businesses together - and that translates perfectly into our new podcast, Step Into Next.
It zeroes in on the “in between”: the time when you’ve crossed one finish line, but haven’t started the next race yet, in business or life. And, for the record, you’re allowed to be the tortoise or the hare.
It’s been a true joy shooting/recording this with her: we get deep but also laugh our asses off!
We have conversations about ambition, identity, major struggles, and so much more, so expect laughter, wisdom and real talk, plus a number of special guests down the line. In the meantime…

Exciting News #2!
New look, new (ad)ventures
I’m striving all the time to be more me and the best version of me possible.
As my consulting and coaching work continues to grow, so has my mission: helping other people, especially women, learn about themselves, connect the dots, and ultimately ascend to the highest possible level in their lives.
My new company name - Consciousness Raise Consulting - reflects that impetus. It’s no longer just about me, but it’s about building our collective power.
What’s in a name?
Consciousness-Raising began in the 1960s as a way for Second-Wave feminists to gather and bring their so-called “personal” issues into public spaces, and, ultimately, to use them as catalysts for social change.
With Consciousness Raise Consulting, I’m honoring this movement, and also applying the concept to the journey that I guide people on: from inner shift to real-world impact.
