Many accomplished women find themselves in a season of reinvention, unsure how to bridge who they’ve been with who they’re becoming. I help them get clear on what’s next and build a life and career that feels expansive and fully their own.

Coaching, advising, and empowering women leaders, I blend the personal and the practical, elevating them, their performance, and their purpose.

For individual clients, my approach varies as determined by their needs: based on those, I create a flexible and ever-evolving roadmap for working together. I work similarly with groups, with a focus on those within corporations, on a one-off or recurring basis.

I work with people who need practical support in:

  • Finding support and solutions for acute issues in their workplace/career or in any aspect of life and love

  • Creating a plan for the attainment of personal and professional goals

  • Developing their personal brand, including mission, vision, and values

  • Augmenting their leadership and management skills/best practices, including managing both up and down

  • Establishing and growing their business or creative project, including:

  • Early-stage ideation and concept development

  • Transitioning to a new job, career or phase of life

  • Writing a nonfiction book or memoir

  • Articulating a company/business mission, vision, and values

  • Developing a framework for products/services offered

  • Community-building

  • Sales and marketing 

  • Implementing existing or developing programs and milestones

My tactical support is only eclipsed by my ability to tap into what my clients need from an emotional, interpersonal and developmental perspective: that personal touch is the true value of my advising practice.
