My coaching work is guided by the 3C's Framework, which is my proprietary approach to transformation that moves through Quantum Clarity, Connection, and Consciousness-Raising, with a built-in integration phase to make sure the progress stays firmly rooted.
I don’t believe in rigid roadmaps, so this is a flexible, evolving partnership built around where you are, what you need, and where you're going.

I coach individuals - primarily entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit leaders, and purpose-driven professionals - as well as groups within corporate and organizational settings.
My clients are often high-achieving, high people who feel stuck, in transition, or ready for something bigger that they haven't quite been able to land on yet. Many of them are women. who tend to be underserved by conventional systems - in funding, in mentorship, and in the kind of partnership that accounts for the whole person, not just the deliverables. That's the work I am excited to show up to do.
