From Book to Business
You have a book inside you: a body of knowledge, an important story to tell, or a methodology you've been living and refining for years. Also, somewhere in the back of your mind, you've always sensed that a book is only the beginning!
That instinct is right, and that’s where I come in.
I work with authors and would-be authors at the intersection of writing and building: helping them get the book written and building out the business that grows from it. These two things happen at the same time, by design, because the process of articulating your ideas on the page is also the process of discovering what you're actually building, what other people need from it, and what it can become.

Why These Two Things Belong Together
A book written in isolation tends to stay isolated: it gets published, it gets celebrated for a week, and then it sits there. When the writing process is integrated with strategic thinking about what comes after — what you're teaching, who you're reaching, what you're building — the book becomes the foundation of something bigger and longer-lasting.
This is the work I find most exciting: helping someone take an idea that has been living entirely inside their head and turn it into something the world can actually engage with.
Every collaboration is different, and I scope each project based on your goals, your timeline, and what the material requires.
We begin with a conversation about the book, the vision, and the business idea underneath it, and from there, I'll tell you honestly what I think is possible and how I'd approach it.
